Exhibitions & Events

Exhibitions provide a platform to explore new ideas, materials and themes within artists’ work. In the Gallery Soho loft space, Cristina Grajales Gallery maintains a program of exhibitions, often with published catalogues. The gallery also collaborates with other spaces in New York participating in temporary installations. With international clientele, Cristina Grajales Gallery also participates in the most important design fairs around the world, including Design Miami, Design Miami Basel, Pavilion of Art and Design London, and the Pavillon des Arts et du Design in Paris.

18 August, 2014 - 1 January, 2015

Location: HATCh, New York City

Cristina Grajales Gallery’s favorite aspect of collaborating with HATCh is the multi-dimensional environment that HATCh provides for its collections. The Hechizoo pieces are a beautiful complement to the Spring 2015 collection because of the variety of materials, from metals to natural fibers from the Amazon and the Andies.

6 September, 2014 - 12 January, 2015

Location: Carnegie Museum of Art, Pittsburgh

Carnegie Museum of Art (CMOA) presents the first solo museum exhibition of Sebastian Errazuriz, one of the most enigmatic creative minds working today. Errazuriz’s work straddles and blurs the boundaries between art and design, tantalizing viewers with work that is simultaneously lyrical, macabre, and eloquent.
