After sold out exhibitions in Australia, Italy, China and the United Kingdom, José Parlá returns for his first exhibition in New York since his 2004 group show at the Chelsea Art Museum. His most recent solo exhibition at Elms Lesters Painting Rooms in London was hailed by the London Telegraph as the “most successful contemporary art exhibition to open in London” during Frieze 2008.
