Elia and Mariana Zois’s magnificent space was featured on the front cover of Town & Country magazine in October 2004. Originally the gallery of legendary art dealer Leo Castelli, the loft offers a spacious floor plan and sunny lighting. In keeping with the spirit of Castelli, Grajales combined the simplicity of Prouvé furniture with a balanced mixture of the Zois’s contemporary and Asian art collection, creating a serene ambiance above the bustle of Soho.
